- Receive your welcome letter as a Blue Cross NC contracted provider or confirmation that we've registered your NPI.
- Complete the Blue e registration form.
- Submit the form.
- Receive a welcome email from Blue Cross NC with a temporary Blue e password.
- Log in with user ID from Blue e registration form and temporary password. Update password and start using Blue e.
