Simplify your medications with Amazon Pharmacy

Amazon Pharmacy is our only preferred mail-order pharmacy. You can start receiving your medications straight to your door by registering online⁠ or by calling 833-566-7111 (TTY 711).

After you register, Amazon Pharmacy will need your prescription. You can either request a transfer from your current pharmacy, or you can have your doctor send a new prescription electronically, by fax, or by mail.

You should continue to get your short-term prescriptions, such as antibiotics, from your local pharmacy. You can log in to the member portal to find medications available for mail order.

Mail-order pharmacies safely deliver prescription medications in weather-proof packaging straight to your home, typically in five to 14 days. If you do not receive your medication within this time, please contact us at the phone number listed on the back of your member ID card.
