Your medical team is a click away with Ventricle Health
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) is partnering with Ventricle Health1 to help our members kickstart their heart failure treatment.
Ventricle Health is a full service, virtual heart failure clinic that provides quick access to experienced cardiologists and heart specialists. They don't replace your cardiologist or doctor, but are an additional support.
Ventricle Health offers a no-cost 16-week stabilization program for Blue Cross NC members to help them adjust medications, make lifestyle changes, and develop a care plan.
How the program works
Ventricle Health focuses on getting you feeling better quickly and provides tools to do just that — from anywhere. With health monitoring and medication management, the no-cost program is designed to reduce your medical expenses and the risk of ending up back in the hospital.
