You can print your Verification of Coverage (VOC) form once your payment and application have been processed. This form has the information you need to use your plan before you get your ID Card.

You can log in using your Exchange ID. Your exchange ID can be found on your most recent invoice. Click "I don't have my Exchange ID" if you cannot find it. We will help you locate your VOC using your Social Security number.
