Coupe Health member eligibility in Blue e

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) recently introduced an alternative health plan through Coupe Health for eligible members. To verify eligibility for members with a Coupe ID card, providers must:

• Enter the member ID, member name, and date of birth in the Health Eligibility screen.
• This information is required to display eligibility results in the search history by selecting “View Search Results.”
