2026 NCQA Provider Survey

Every year, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) invites providers to complete the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) “Access to Care” Accreditation survey. The survey will now be conducted online with only a few questions that will take less than 4 minutes of your time.

NCQA accreditation signifies Blue Cross NC’s commitment to ensuring the safety of clinical care services and quality health care to its members. We appreciate your response as it will aid Blue Cross NC in maintaining our NCQA accreditation.

If you practice in primary care, oncology, behavioral health, or obstetrics/gynecology, you may receive an email the week of October 12, 2026, from BlueCrossNC@feedback.com. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Anonymous results will be aggregated and shared with NCQA and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters (NBPP) on Exchange Federal Standard requirements. The survey closes November 30, 2026.
