Upcoming Apixio Technologies, LLC Training Sessions for Providers
As we announced May 9, 2024, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) is partnering with a new vendor – Apixio Technologies, LLC, formerly known as ClaimLogiq.
Apixio will be communicating with providers electronically (via email) and will be utilizing the Apixio Provider Portal as a channel for accepting records.
To facilitate ease of access and use, Apixio will be offering two high-level overview sessions for key stakeholders within provider networks to attend.
Both sessions are identical, and participants can choose to attend either one based on their convenience. The sessions will cover:
- Process and Email Communication details
- Portal Account Creation
- Portal Overview (Home Page/Search Feature/Letters/Status Overview/Uploading Documentation/Portal Support, etc.)
- An opportunity to verify points of contact to receive emails from Apixio
- Additional items as needed
Training sessions will be held via Teams Meetings, and the details are included below, please click link below to join. Registration is not required to attend these information sessions.
