Register for the member portal

Depending on your registration preference from Step 1, you'll continue registering using one of the following ways:

• Entering your subscriber ID, the two-digit member code from your member ID card, and your first and last name
• Adding your personal information, including your first and last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number (SSN).

You'll be asked to create a username and password that meet security requirements. You'll also:

• Add your email address
• Set up paperless delivery
• Enter your mobile number

A one-time code will be sent to the email address you entered when you set up your account.

Open the email to view your code, and then enter the code in the Security Code field.

A login verification is an added measure to keep your information safe. You'll be asked to confirm your identity through one of these methods for all future logins:

• Receive a code sent by text message
• Receive voice message via a phone call
• Use your fingerprint or facial recognition software on your device
• Receive a code via an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator
