Blue Cross NC is offering the Hello Heart program at no cost to eligible members with prehypertension, hypertension, and other cardiovascular diseases.

The Hello Heart program can help you take charge of your heart health with an easy-to-use mobile app. You'll receive a free blood pressure cuff that syncs with your smartphone and the app to help you accurately track your blood pressure, cholesterol, activity, and more.

The program also offers personalized health coaching, medication support, and an option to send your blood pressure data directly to your doctor.
