If you're already covered by a health plan other than Student Blue, you can request a waiver for your student health plan.

Waive the university plan by submitting evidence of coverage. You must complete all steps of the waiver and get a confirmation email.

You will need:

• Your student ID number (located on your student ID card).
• Your current insurance information, including insurer name, phone number, and policy number.

Important Note: To have your waiver approved and the charge removed from your account, you must submit proof of creditable health insurance coverage that was effective on or before September 1, 2026.
