Nurse Support

The Nurse Support Program is a team of experienced nurses and health care professionals (like pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers) who are here to support you with your health needs. Their goal is to provide the personalized care you deserve. They can answer any health questions you might have, find useful resources, and help you navigate the health care system. The Nurse Support Program is included with your plan, so there is no additional cost for you.

It’s really easy to reach your Nurse Support Program team. You can call them on the phone or send them secure messages using a mobile app called Wellframe^®. Whether you have a question or an update on your health, with Wellframe, you can send a secure message on your own time, whether you are at home or on-the-go. You can opt out or decline to participate at any time.
