Does the group have to be set up on the HIOS system prior to Blue Cross NC submitting the report on its behalf?

No. Blue Cross NC is set up in the HIOS system and will be reporting the RxDC report pursuant to the CMS instructions. Groups do not have to set up an account for the submission to be accepted on their behalf unless the group fails to complete the survey with additional information required by March 31, 2026.
