If I enter a modifier, will it reduce my fee or show a reduced fee schedule?

The fee schedule transaction in Blue e doesn’t allow you to enter modifiers. If a modifier is associated with a service code, it will display in the modifier column, but you won’t see a reduced fee schedule rate.
