Blue Medicare Advantage℠ and Blue Medicare Rx℠&nbsp; To reinstate your policy, log in to the Blue Cross NC member portal account. Send us a secure message or chat and we’ll be happy to help you. If you prefer, you can also call us at the number listed on the back of your member ID card.&nbsp; Blue Medicare Supplement℠&nbsp; To reinstate your policy, you’ll need to first pay the outstanding balance. To do that, log in to the member portal. Go to Account/Profile and select Manage Billing and Payment. Then, select Pay Now under the plan you would like to pay and follow the prompts.&nbsp; Once your account is paid, send us a secure message or chat, and we’ll be happy to help you.
