How long does it take to get an ID card?

Depending on your plan, you should receive a physical ID card in the mail within 10 business days. Not all plans provide a physical card. You can always find your digital ID card on the member portal.

To access your digital ID card, log in to the Blue Cross NC member portal and select ID Card from your account menu to see your digital card and save it to your mobile wallet. You can also print an ID card.

Note: If your policy has been canceled, you won't be able to order a new ID card.
