Can members change which dental plan they have at any time?

You can only change your dental plan within 60 days of a qualifying life event, such as marriage, adoption, or divorce, or during the annual renewal period each year. Standard waiting periods, if applicable, will apply.

Special enrollment periods (SEPs) are available for individuals with qualifying life events. Details regarding SEP requirements can be found at www.healthcare.gov.
