What are in-home health assessments, and who is eligible?

In-home health assessments are covered for eligible members through a program called HouseCalls. With HouseCalls, a medical professional visits you at home to talk about your health history, check your vitals, and help connect you with any follow-up care you need. A Blue Cross NC customer service representative will reach out to you if you are eligible for the program.
