For one-time payments, you will still get bills through the mail, but you can set other billing preferences in the Blue Cross NC member portal.

If you opt-in to email notifications, you’ll receive an email when your bill is ready. You can also set paperless delivery options for other plan documents like Explanation of Benefits.

If you set up automatic payments, you’ll be enrolled in email notifications for new bills.
