What information is needed to register as a provider or ePA coordinator?

Providers or authorized representatives of a provider organization need to provide:

  • Provider or organization name
  • Tax Identifier Number (TIN)
  • Contact information
  • Privacy policy URL
  • Redirect URL

ePA coordinators need to provide:

  • Organization name
  • Tax Identifier Number (TIN)
  • Organization contact information
  • Privacy policy URL
  • Redirect URL

ePA coordinators may only register for Interoperability APIs that support prior authorization workflows. In addition, all applicants must attest that they meet certain technical requirements.
