Yes. Members can access data received from previous or concurrent payers through a third-party app that is connected to Blue Cross NC and authorized by the member.

Data obtained through the Payer-to-Payer API is identified with the name of the source payer, allowing members to distinguish information received from prior or concurrent payers.
