How can I see and manage multiple policies in one place?

To link multiple plans to one Blue Cross NC member portal account, log in to the member portal and follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Click Profile then Link a Plan.
  • Step 2: Enter your Subscriber / Member ID from your member ID card, Member Code, and ZIP Code then select Submit.

If you've already registered another plan on another user account, you'll see "Your policy has already been registered." You'll be asked to sign in to that account.
