Can I add my member ID card to my digital wallet?

Yes. To add your digital ID card to your Apple Wallet® or Google Wallet®:

  • Step 1: Log in to the Blue Cross NC member portal app on your mobile device.
  • Step 2: Select ID card from your account menu.
  • Step 3: Select Add to Apple Wallet® or Add to Google Wallet® under the image of the ID card.
