How do I get an ID card?

You can see, download, and print your member ID card in the Blue Cross NC member portal by logging in and selecting ID Card from the menu in the top right corner.

Depending on your plan, you can also order a new physical card by logging in to the member portal, selecting ID Card from the account menu, and then selecting Request New ID Card. You can also call customer service at 877-258-3334. Replacement cards are typically mailed to your home address within 10 business days.

Member ID cards are not available for expired or canceled policies.
