How do I make changes to my credit card and bank draft information?

To make a change to your recurring payments, log in to the Blue Cross NC member portal and select Billing and Payments in your account settings.

You can make changes to recurring payments as long as the billing process hasn't started. After the billing process has started, you will be unable to cancel recurring payments.

If you're canceling recurring payments, the change to your account profile will take affect for the next billing period.
