What support do you get with Experience Health?
You get support for all of your health needs, such as:

You can sign up for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) Care Support – your dedicated team of care experts. The Care Support team is available to you on the phone. You can get help building better health, managing an illness, coordinating your care, and more.
Talk with a Care Support team member by calling 877-672-7647 (TTY 711), option 1, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
