Talk to a Licensed Pharmacist

BCBSNC provides Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to its members with Service Benefit Plan. MTM is a term used to describe a broad range of health care services provided by a pharmacist, the medication expert on our health care team.

Our Clinical Pharmacist can provide MTM to help you get the best benefits from your medications by actively managing drug therapy and by identifying, preventing and resolving medication-related problems.

You may receive one-on-one counseling with our Clinical Pharmacist by reaching a Care Management RN at 1-888-234-2415 who will assess your condition and refer you to the Pharmacist for MTM.
