Log in to BlueConnectNC.com to view your current benefits, see an Explanation of Benefits, check claims, find a doctor, compare treatment cost estimates, find drug information and more.

For questions about your benefits, bills, claims or ID card:

  1. Call the Customer Service number printed on the back of your member ID card
  2. If you do not have your ID card with you, please call: 1-800-446-8053.
  3. You may also schedule a call to speak with Customer Service at a time most convenient for you. With virtual hold, you can choose to either keep your place in the call queue for a call back as soon as a customer service professional is available, or receive a call at a specific time.

Please note that you will need to identify yourself in order to be directed to the appropriate Customer Service department for your plan.
