Members can learn how much health care services may cost. This tool includes cost information for inpatient hospital services, outpatient procedures and office visits. Members can use this information to effectively partner with their doctors to make the best health care decisions.

With their online health encyclopedia, the Healthwise® Knowledgebase, members will find comprehensive, current, evidence-based and unbiased information to help them make informed decisions about their health. Members have access to easy-to-find and easy-to-understand information about conditions, diseases, medical tests, medications, treatment options and key decision points.

Members have a 24-hour health information resource that allows them to call or e-mail a Health Line Blue nurse. Our nurses can answer medical questions and send free educational materials. Members also can access our Dialog Center online to research health information, complete a health risk survey and more. |

Members can use this tool to find and compare hospitals based on factors important to them, including hospital reputation and the number of patients successfully treated for particular conditions.

Members can use this tool to research medical conditions from allergies to heart disease. They can review a list of suggested questions to ask their physicians. They can compare treatment options, including prescription drugs. Members also can compare drugs side by side, profile a specific drug or check for possible drug interactions.

We offer our members a variety of search options. They can research health and wellness topics using our online health encyclopedia, search for a network provider near them in our provider directory or learn which copayment category their prescription medication falls into using our prescription drug search.
