1 When you enroll, you will lock in your entry age forever. Rate adjustments will be made only due to medical inflation or claims experience. So, if you enroll when you are 65 you will always pay the rate of a 65 year old even as you grow older, provided that you stay in your current Blue Medicare Supplement plan. Any change will be preceeded by a 30-day notice and is guaranteed for 12 months.
