Blue Choice is an open access Point-of-Service (POS) plan. That means you can choose to receive care in- and out-of-network. When you use an in-network provider, you only pay a small copayment for care and your paperwork and claims are handled for you. If you receive care out-of-network, you are responsible for more of the cost of service and some benefits may not be available. With Blue Choice, you receive more savings and choices.
