Strong security questions are easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess. Factual information, like your third-grade teacher's name, is better than things that may change, like your favorite restaurant.
For a strong password, do not reference personal or common information, like a pet's name or sports team. Do mix letters and numbers and use different cases. Tip: Use the first letter from each word in a sentence that's easy for you to remember. For example, "I eat apples every day" could be: "Iea$ed8".
