With our Medicare Advantage Plans, you have access to 2026 network pharmacies in select counties in North Carolina, including retail (R), mail-order (MO), long-term care (LTC) and home infusion (HI) pharmacies. When out-of-state, you may fill prescriptions at any chain store included on the pharmacy list and pay the in-network cost. If you fill a prescription at an out-of-network pharmacy, your out-of-pocket costs will be higher.

( Blue Medicare Rx or Blue Medicare HMO / Blue Medicare PPO). The index below lists pharmacies that are in our network effective January 1, 2010. All network pharmacies may not be listed. For additional information, please contact Customer Service toll-free 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
