We have members in all 100 North Carolina counties. In conjunction with the 39 Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans and the national association, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina offers coverage outside the state of North Carolina through its participation in the BlueCard^® PPO Program and HMO-USA.
