PARTNERS National Health Plans of North Carolina, Inc. (PARTNERS) manages the state’s premier Medicare Advantage government program and, as its mission, provides customers with innovative health care products and services that promote good physical and mental health.

Blue Medicare HMO and Blue Medicare PPO plans are offered by PARTNERS National Health Plans of North Carolina, Inc., a subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC). PARTNERS is a Medicare Advantage prescription drug plan contracted with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that offer both HMO and PPO options.
