Jill Mallatratt has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) for 25 years. Her career with BCBSNC began in 1979 with the Government Programs department. She later joined the Public Relations department and then moved into Community Relations, where she has worked on both corporate and BCBSNC Foundation projects.

Jill played an instrumental role in establishing processes and procedures for the BCBSNC Foundation when it began in 2000, and she has worked to continuously improve BCBSNC Foundation operations. She handles key administrative responsibilities, including managing the grantee database and Healthy Community Institute registrations, and coordinating grant applications.

Jill attended Penn State University where she studied animal science and graduated from the McCann School of Business in Reading, PA. Her volunteer activities include animal rescue and rehabilitation.
