New & Improved AIM Provider Portal Home Page
American Imaging Management® (AIM®) is excited to announce the launch of a new and improved "My Homepage" in our online application, ProviderPortal. The new homepage was developed in direct response to feedback gathered during a ProviderPortal usability study conducted earlier this year.
AIM has already reviewed the new homepage with our ProviderPortal User Group. The ProviderPortal User Group is AIM's opportunity to receive valuable input from you, our users, on how we can continually improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and ease-of-use of our products and programs
When you log in to AIM's ProviderPortal application after November 8, 2010, you will have instant access to our new homepage with enhanced functionality including the following features:
- Access to all of your online tools in one convenient, customized location
- Ability to view all order requests submitted by you or your peers in the "Access Your Reports" module
- Access to an interactive tutorial for every tool available on the homepage
- Ability to initiate order requests directly from the homepage with the "Start Your Order Request Here" module
To make sure you know your way around the new homepage, an interactive tutorial has been developed illustrating all of its new features. It will automatically open the first time you log in to ProviderPortal after November 8.
