Update: Implementation Date for FEP Claims Processing Enhancements Postponed

As we informed you earlier this month via Provider News, we had planned to transition all Federal Employee Program (FEP) claims processing functions from our legacy system to our Power MHS system as April 27.

However, in order to resolve recently identified technical issues and to ensure claims processing accuracy, it is necessary that the implementation be postponed at this time.  We will provide you with future updates re a new implementation date, as next steps are determined.

Making the move to the newer Power MHS system will allow us to provide better service, expedite claims transactions, improve accuracy, and reduce the costs associated with the many manual processes required for FEP claims processing on the older system.
