Call Center Hours for Providers Back to Normal as of February 3
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina's call center hours will return to normal (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday) for providers on February 3. We will also be available to take your calls on the first three Saturdays in February from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. via the Provider Blue Line (1-800-214-4844).
Thank you for your patience and flexibility these past few weeks, as we reallocated our call center personnel to meet the unprecedented volume of calls we received from members at the start of the new year. We encourage you to continue using our convenient, online self-service tools such as Blue e whenever possible, in order to avoid wait times on the phone in the future.
