"Before we used this product (RealMed) we were submitting our claims through an electronic vendor. Our claims turnaround was approximately six to nine weeks. Even at that point we received numerous claim denials for missing and or incorrect information, which caused even longer claims determination. Our 90-120 days (receivable outstanding) was a constant sore spot . . .Then we were introduced to RealMed. After about four to six months we could actually see a significant change in our growth of approved claims, money rolling in the door, and a decrease in our accounts receivable. The effect is phenomenal. Since we now have the capabilities of submitting a corrected claim the first time to commercial providers, as well as BCBS, it has allowed our 90-120 days to virtually shrink by two-thirds the amount of what was present before. RealMed is an excellent product that will only get better over time."
