RealMed's costs to the provider office include up-front fees for initial enrollment and development as well as ongoing monthly fees based upon transactional volume.
1) Upfront Fees (Initial Enrollment & Development)
- Enrollment & Installation Fee Includes:
- Provider mapping
- Fee schedule input
- RealMed installation of desktops
- On-site RealMed support
- Interface to Practice Management system
- Interactive, Accelerator or Flex solutions
2) Monthly Fee (Eligibility & Claims Resolution)
- Eligibility Verification Services
- BCBS inquiries performed at no charge with claim resolution
- Other payer eligibilities based on estimated volume
- Claims Resolution Services
- Based on a % of BCBS claim volume and a % of A/R
