Yes, you may purchase a dental plan with orthodontic care as long as you purchase a True Group plan and 75% of your employees enroll.


Will my employees have waiting periods before they are eligible for covered benefits?    top

Your employees' waiting periods will depend on when your employees enroll and whether or not your group currently has dental benefits. Please call your BCBSNC representative for more details.


If I purchase a BCBSNC medical and dental plan for my employees, will they have to carry two ID cards?    top

No, if you purchase both medical and dental through BCBSNC, your employees will carry just one ID card and you will have the convenience of one monthly billing statement.
