Account management

After building their personalized health plan from your fixed contribution, if your employees have money remaining, the funds will be placed in a health reimbursement account (HRA). This account can be easily accessed and managed from the member's section of bcbsnc.com using our online account management tool. This tool allows employees to:

  • Check their account balance
  • Verify the status of reimbursement claims
  • Obtain reimbursement claims forms
  • Find answers to their HRA questions
