Employee-controlled plans

Just as you have the flexibility to pick your contribution level, your employees have the freedom to purchase the benefits that are most important to them. To build a health plan, they use eBenefitsNOWSM1, our innovative online shopping and enrollment tool, to pick from numerous plan combinations offering a range of out-of-pocket expense levels for office visits, prescription drugs and more. Comparison shopping clarifies the exact cost of coverage choices and the value of your contribution.

Flexible fund options

If they choose, employees can buy benefits beyond what your contribution covers. If they have unused money from your contribution, it is placed into a health reimbursement account (HRA). HRA funds can often be rolled over toward next year's out-of-pocket expenses as well.
