4 easy steps to coverage
Applying online for your health plan is fast, easy and secure. First, get your free rate quote to compare plan options and pricing. When you're ready, select a plan and submit your application. It takes as little as 30 minutes and you'll need to provide the Social Security number for everyone to be covered on the policy. After you submit your application, it will be reviewed automatically, and you will receive your final rate or an update on your application within minutes. Once you've gotten your final rate, to complete the application process, you'll pay your first month's premium. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa or bank draft. You'll also be able to choose how you'll make your ongoing premium payments.

When can my coverage begin?
When you apply for Blue Advantage or Blue Options HSA, you can choose for your policy to take effect on the 1st or 15th of the month. (Your effective date must be at least 15 days from the date of your application.)

Need coverage only for your child?
To purchase a child-only policy, fill out the online application in your child's name.
If you plan to cover multiple children, each child must have their own policy. Apply for each policy separately. You may also cover children from age 18 to 26, as long as they are your legal dependents.
Note: Multiple children may be covered on one Blue Advantage or Blue Option HSA policy, as long as a parent is also covered by the policy.
