As a program participant, you'll receive a variety of educational materials designed to teach you more about living with CAD. These materials include specifics on tests, diet, exercise, medications, and symptom management. This information can also be taken for review and discussion with your health care provider.
Support from a registered nurse
The Telephone Learning Center LineTM (TLC) gives you access to comprehensive medical information 24 hours a day. You can speak with a registered nurse for information on a wide array of health topics. For more information, visit the TLC page.
