The Patient-Centered Care Program is available at no extra cost. Set up one-on-one phone calls with a trained pharmacist to learn more about your medications and reduce unwanted side effects.

The pharmacist can also answer your questions about related lab tests and send you a personal care plan to share with your doctor.
