New Upfront Collection Policy Effective October 1, 2009

Dear BCBSNC Group Administrators,

Effective October 1, 2009, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is revising our upfront member collection policy for members who have Blue Options HSA^SM, Blue Options HRA^SM and any Blue Options^SM non-copayment plans.
