BCBSNC Revises Member Enrollment Forms

Dear BCBSNC Group Administrators,

BCBSNC has revised its member enrollment forms for the group market. New versions of the "ENROLL1" (for groups with 1-24 employees) and "ENROLL2" (for groups with 25 or more employees) forms were available in English and Spanish on March 20, 2007.
