BCBSNC to Launch New Health Assessment Tool

Dear BCBSNC Group Administrators,

This September, we are migrating to a new health assessment (formerly “Your Health Profile“). The new health assessment will be very similar to our current one, with a few slight changes aimed at achieving these goals:

  • To clarify some of the questions on the survey
  • To incorporate our members’ feedback and improve the scoring methodology we use
  • To better integrate the health assessment with our Member Health Partnerships program

For your planning purposes, please note that the current health assessment will not be available from August 22 through September 13. This down time will enable us to migrate data from the current health assessment to the new one. Please see the PDF below for more information.
