Log in to BlueConnectNC.com to view your current benefits, see an Explanation of Benefits, check claims, find a doctor, compare treatment cost estimates, find drug information and more.

For questions about your benefits, bills, claims or ID card:

  1. Call the Customer Service number printed on the back of your member ID card.
  2. If you do not have your ID card with you, please call: 1-800-446-8053.
  3. While on hold, you may also schedule a call to speak with Customer Service at a time most convenient for you. With Virtual Hold, you can choose to either keep your place in the call queue for a call back as soon as a customer service professional is available, or receive a call at a specific time.
  4. If you are hearing- or speech-impaired, please call: 1-800-442-7028 (TTY/TDD) to use the teletypewriter system.
  5. You may be able to use chat or your Blue Connect Inbox to contact Customer Service (if you have access to these features when logged in).

Please note that you will need to identify yourself in order to be directed to the appropriate Customer Service department for your plan.
